Nite Owl Productions Inc. is a corporation officially organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in April of 2001. Nite Owl Productions Inc. was developed by a creative team of industry professionals, who have banded together to amend, influence, and affect the television and film industry by entertaining viewers while making them think and feel more deeply about the world in which we live. Nite Owl Productions Inc. is interested in developing, producing and distributing engaging stories that will charm, inspire and embrace all audiences. We believe the time has come in the present day film industry to reach the public in the fascinating and thought-provoking ways that the storytellers of the past once did. Our philosophy and business plan offer both investors and talent an inspired alternative. We look for ideas and characters that reach out and grab you; for stories that illuminate the human spirit while making you laugh, cry, fall in love, or gasp in fear.

Our ultimate goal is to nurture and empower the world's storytellers in producing bold, entertaining and emotionally satisfying film experiences for screens of all sizes. We present a creatively magnetic, fiscally prudent and market savvy approach to building the next generation of independent film studios. There is an obvious need in the market for more substantial and mind broadening messages. As both a high profile Motion Picture and Television Studio as well as a Motion Picture and Television Distribution Company, Nite Owl Productions, Inc. will indeed be setting a MAJOR precedence in the entertainment industry which has NEVER been attempted in the history of both film and television. Proceeds from the net profits of EACH AND EVERY motion picture and television product that Nite Owl Productions, Inc. creates and distributes will be donated to develop and maintain a solar powered, satellite linked learning center which will provide basic as well as extensive literacy, vocational and post-secondary education to local communities in ALL countries, including the United States. Education is an extraordinarily powerful tool that can help change a child's life and OUR future. Education for girls is a key aspect of all aspects of the educational programs Nite Owl Productions will create. Educational programs help girls learn to read learn a trade and learn to make decisions for themselves. In addition we WILL raise community awareness about the importance of educating girls- as an advocate on behalf of ALL girls to prevent arranged marriages which take girls [in practically ALL third world countries] out of school at an early age. Nite Owl Productions will face the greatest challenges in reaching the most at-risk children. In order to provide programs for diverse communities, our educational program solutions must be innovative, flexible and always, practical. We WILL respond with non-formal educational program opportunities that will easily suit the needs of children and communities in ALL areas of the world. Our goal is rather simple, to promote an extensive infrastructure of tenaciously-promoted educational programs, the very source of creating peace and eliminating hunger, famine and the power base for fanatical terrorist groups who seek to control all of the innocent people [especially children] within the core of these otherwise peaceful countries.
